EDUCATION, CONFERENCES, AND TRAININGS

Conscious World has a three fold educational focus:

1. Conscious World creates Youth Development Trainings and Coaching. These are our flagship program related to personal growth and community development is our Conscious World Youth Program. These educational trainings empower youth by teaching youth how to identify a difference they want to make. Then with the guidance of adult volunteers, youth select a project they to develop and implement in their community. Through this program, youth learn leadership, team building, and project management skills. They also become mindful of the importance of giving back to the community and world in which they live. 2. Conscious World provides Business and Wealth Trainings and Coaching. These are trainings on business start-up, management, and ethics for how to build your wealth in a way where everyone wins. These include sustainable approaches to business and how to take your inner purpose, drive, and passion and turn it into a business vision and model that supports you to create wealth by making a powerful difference to your target market. In the 21st Century, the businesses that are focused on adding massive value in a way that is meaningful to their clients and market will be the winners who create sustainable profits. Customers today want to feel connected to your business because they resonate with your values and feel that they matter to you.

3. Conscious World provides Community Development Trainings and Coaching. These are trainings in how to develop a community in which everyone can thrive including the environment. We work with community leaders in government, civic groups, non-profit organizations, and businesses. We coordinate the Youth Development Program with these trainings. Many of the adults who volunteer to work with the Youth Program have completed the Community Development Training and Coaching. The only way to provide for a strong future is to create strong vibrant communities in which everyone can win without regard to race, education, or background.

COACHING

Conscious World provides coaching to compliment each of our three training areas.

1. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COACHING: Our coaching for youth in the areas of personal development, living holistically, leadership, and giving back to help with community development. Each participant receives a "Conscious World: Youth Development Coaching Manual and CD" to use for the Coaching Sessions and Trainings.

2. BUSINESS AND WEALTH COACHING: Our business and wealth coaching helps you develop your vision and business model, the strategies that are necessary to achieve your goals, and then hold you accountable for achieving your chosen outcomes. Each participant receives a "Conscious World: Business and Wealth Coaching Manual and CD" to use for the Coaching Sessions and Trainings.

3. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COACHING: Our community development coaching is designed for existing and emerging leaders who want to create more conscious communities that benefit everyone. We also provide coaching to leaders throughout the world in conjunction with our new Conscious World Day. Each participant receives a "Conscious World: Community Development Coaching Manual and CD" to use for the Coaching Sessions and Trainings.
